 Technical communication with customers
 Design the new shock absorber and release it (BOM & 2D drawings) in GPDM system
 Prepare engineering documents, such as DVP, CC/SC list, DFMEA, Supplier list
 Follow up DV/PV progress, includes releasing test request to testing lab 
 Create sample binder, support prototype preparation & build event
 Release ride work & tuning kit request and support tuning event
 Lead problem solving for the engineering issues during development
