Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities - Support outreach and engagement activities to increase public participation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams on programmes and events.
- Assist in planning and executing roadshows, events, and community activities.
- Handle customer enquiries and support helpdesk operations.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and provide administrative support.
- Support operational improvements and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Events, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, stakeholder engagement, events, or operations support is an advantage.
