We're looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join our End User Services team and play a key role in supporting and evolving a large-scale, enterprise Windows device estate. *This is a Hybrid role - candidate will be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week, located in Hillview House, Belfast* What We're Looking For Proven experience in a similar endpoint management or EUC role, ideally within a large, complex enterprise environment Strong hands-on experience with Altiris, Intune, and/or SCCM (Altiris experience is highly desirable) Solid understanding of Windows endpoint environments and device lifecycle management Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills A good working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, proxies, firewalls, and subnets Experience working on organised project activity alongside BAU support Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working collaboratively across technical and s...
