+ The practice is comprised of about 40% diabetes and rest is general endocrine including thyroid.

+ There is one advanced practice providers who rotates between Henry Ford Providence Novi and Southfield.

+ Henry Ford Providence Novi and Southfield has one dietitian and nurse educator at each location.


+ Each physician is assigned a primary location and may be asked to split time to cover additional locations as needed.

+ Practice at 2 locations, Henry Ford Providence Novi and Henry Ford Providence Southfield, with rounding coverage at both of these hospitals


+ Schedule includes five days per week working at any location assigned.
