Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for an End user Support Specialist III for their Detroit, MI location.
Responsibilities:
- Work with team leaders or senior team members to understand user’s client technology requirements, document requirements
- Provide input during project/task planning efforts with team members
- Provide feedback on new software performance and testing
- Participating in Level 2 issue assessment and resolution of problems
- Diagnoses and resolve client mobile device hardware and software issues
- Create temporary solutions until permanent solutions can be implemented
- Provide technical support to meetings that include video conferencing
