About The Role

We are seeking to appoint an End User Computing Manager to join our Directorate Management Team. This is a key leadership role, contributing to the ongoing development and delivery of services that underpin the universities’ academic and operational success.

The successful candidate will lead a team of staff shaping and delivering the technical direction and strategy for all “end user computing services” covering physical and virtual devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices running Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, as well as AV infrastructure and peripherals.

Leading lifecycle management, standardisation, and optimisation of end user technologies, the role will oversee device support and incident and service requests to deliver prompt, professional, and high-quality support to our user community.
