As the Enablement Lead for Business Development, you will be the dedicated strategic partner responsible for elevating the performance and productivity of our global Business Development Representative (BDR) organization. You will design, implement, and manage the full enablement lifecycle for our BDR organization—from initial onboarding and foundational sales training to ongoing skills development, technology proficiency, and content mastery.
