As the Housekeeping Manager you bring a strong commitment to cleanliness, operational excellence, and exceptional guest satisfaction while leading the day-to-day housekeeping operations.
- Manage the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet hotel standards.
- Supervise and support housekeeping supervisors and attendants to maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate room cleaning schedules and ensure timely room availability in collaboration with Front Office and other departments.
- Monitor housekeeping performance through inspections and quality checks.
- Control departmental inventory, linen, guest supplies, and cleaning chemicals.
