Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment agreements, separation agreements, employee handbooks, workplace policies, and other labor and employment-related documents.Providing legal guidance on employment law matters, including wage and hour compliance, discrimination claims, pay transparency, workplace investigations, and employee relations.Collaborating with clients, HR teams, and business leaders on workforce management initiatives, employment disputes, and compliance projects.Managing employment-related legal issues for clients across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, retail and tech.Staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive counsel on evolving labor and employment laws.
