A leading Scottish law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its Employment team in Dundee or Glasgow. The role involves advising a varied client base on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising clients on employment disputes, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract claims.Managing and supporting Employment Tribunal litigation, including hearings and judicial mediations.Providing practical advice on disciplinary, grievance, absence management and other workplace issues.Supporting corporate transactions, including M&A, due diligence and TUPE matters, and drafting employment-related documentation.Advising on restructures, redundancies, settlement agreements and business protection matters, while contributing to client development and training initiatives.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE, w...
