A well respected client is seeking an ambitious Employment Lawyer to join their team in Auckland. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of complex employment law matters and provide strategic advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in the Employment Court, High Court, Employment Relations Authority, and Court of Appeal


• Act in professional disciplinary hearings


• Advise on disputes, personal grievances, and workplace misconduct investigations


• Handle restraints of trade, breaches of confidentiality, and medical incapacity issues


• Provide guidance on business restructuring, redundancies, and disciplinary processes


• Negotiate managed exits and exit packages to achieve optimal outcomes
