We are seeking an Associate to join the Employment & Labor department in our Minneapolis office with the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
•4-6 years of employment law experience, including agency responses, employment litigation, drafting employment-related agreements and employee handbook policies, and providing direct employment advice to employers
•Prior experience in private practice or related in-house positions
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Strong academic background and professional credentials
•J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
•Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Minnesota.
