We're looking for an Employment Coach to join our team in London, working 35 hours per week.
In this rewarding role, you'll support unemployed individuals to build confidence, develop employability skills, and secure sustainable employment. Working alongside our Team Leader and Operational Manager, you'll provide tailored coaching, job search support, interview preparation, and ongoing encouragement to help learners achieve their goals.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing a caseload of learners from enrolment through to employment outcomes
* Delivering engaging 1:1 and group coaching sessions
