Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join the team at one of the largest U.S. employment law firms. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-5+ years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners.

This is a fulltime and hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote) position at the law firms office in Phoenix, Arizona.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage employment claims and restrictive covenant disputes
• Drafting and reviewing bonus and pay plans, employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, employment policies, and counseling support for HR clients
