We’re looking for a people-focused, target-driven individual with emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to, and influence, a wide range of customers. In this role, you'll wear many hats supporting, encouraging, signposting, advising, coaching, and inspiring individuals while building trust and challenging mindsets.
Salary: £27,642 , rising to £29,407 following successful completion of training and demonstration of competence in the role.

Location: Onsite in Blackburn (BB1 1FB)

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
