This is a high-volume, operational ER role requiring strong experience in case management, UK employment law, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced environment .

Key Focus of the Role

• End-to-end ER case management (disciplinary, grievance, capability, investigations, appeals, SOSR)
• Managing high-risk and complex employee relations cases
