We are looking for an experiencedHR Generalist with a strong focus onEmployee Relations (ER) to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive workplace by managing employee concerns, fostering healthy communication between employees and management, and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The HR Generalist will handle day-to-day HR operations, support employee engagement initiatives, conduct investigations, and work closely with leaders to drive a fair and compliant work environment.
