Responsibilities:

  • General administrative and reception duties such as processing mail, answering and transferring incoming telephone calls as well as receiving and entertaining guests 

  • Preparing the meeting rooms 

  • Ordering office supplies and consumables

  • Coordinating caretakers and cleaning staff

  • Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training as an office administrator desirable or corresponding professional experience in the reception area and/or in the administrative area

  • Friendly and confident manner in dealing with guests and colleagues; strong service mentality

  • Organizational skills as well as structured and independent way of working 

  • Flexibility in terms of time 

  • Good MS-Office skills (especially Outlook, Excel)
