The team advises on a broad range of complex compensation and benefits matters, where tax, labor, securities, corporate, and accounting issues intersect, often across both federal and state frameworks.

You will work closely with clients on the design, implementation, and ongoing compliance of employee benefit programs, including qualified retirement plans, global equity and incentive arrangements, and executive compensation structures. The practice supports clients through all stages of their business lifecycle from IPOs and global expansion to mergers and acquisitions and post-transaction integration, delivering strategic and commercially focused advice.
