For major Multinational, Ecosistemas is seeking for a Business Analyst with more than 2 years of experience in similar positions.

Responsibilities

• Capture business requirements for new projects and system enhancements
• Work directly with users and developers to understand requirements, align solutions, set delivery priorities, and communicate status
• Monitor mailbox in order to address new issues or capture change requests
• Prioritize work and assign developers
• Create, track, and manage TeamTrack/TeamSite tickets for change control

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years BA experience
• Experience working on a small team
• Experience working on multiple efforts
• Experience working with users located in different world areas
• Good communication skills
• Process oriented with a customer satisfaction focus
