Overview Of The Role We are looking for an Emiratization Service Advisor with fluent English speaking skills and some experience in customer service. This is a full‑time permanent role located in Toyota Umm Al Qwain.
What You Will Do - Provide full support to all customers visiting the service centre and be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers’ needs.
- Ensure customers are given the World’s Warmest Welcome when entering the branch.
- Direct customers with appointments to the correct executive to give a smooth transition from entering the branch to introduction to a sales executive, ensuring a professional service.
- Send off customers warmly on exiting the branch, making them feel acknowledged and showing that we care.
Required Skills To Be Successful - Communicate effectively.
- Customer service experience (added advantage).
