Position Overview
Responsibilities - Develop and execute the company X27's Emiratisation strategy aligning with UAE labor laws and organizational goals to boost national workforce participation.
- Manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding process for Emirati candidates, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Establish and maintain relationships with government entities such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) to ensure compliance and foster collaboration.
- Design and implement training and development programs specifically tailored for Emirati employees, enhancing their skills and career progression.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Emirati employees, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth and success.
