Sanford Health's critical access hospital in Thief River Falls, MN is seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine physician for a full-time position with leadership opportunities.

• This position will lead emergency & trauma for the medical center - 15% administrative; 85% clinical
• Full-time position with approximately 12 hour shifts per month
• Responsibilities would include evaluation and peer review of medical staff, assessing ER efficiency, and continuing quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with providers in over 10 specialties locally as well as physicians at the Fargo Medical Center
• State-of-the-art clinic and hospital is 136,000 square feet and includes 25 bed critical access hospital along with 52 clinical exam rooms
