Fellows train alongside experienced critical care advanced practitioners and attending physicians from diverse backgrounds to gain exposure to a wide range of clinical perspectives. Rotations across multiple intensive care units offer robust learning opportunities in high-acuity environments. Fellows work as part of a multidisciplinary team developing the skills needed to provide collaborative, evidence-based care. Our program emphasizes personalized mentorship so each fellow receives the attention, guidance and support necessary to meet their clinical and professional goals.
