Associate Vice President, EMEA Legal Counsel

About The Role

iCapital is hiring an Associate Vice President, EMEA Legal Counsel to join its International Legal Team and work with the broader iCapital team in EMEA. The focus will include representing private funds sponsored in EMEA (predominantly Luxembourg- and Cayman-domiciled funds) on a wide spectrum of matters including fund formation, marketing, structuring and distribution matters. The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting and negotiating fund documents, side letters, placement agreements and related fund materials, and have the capability of workshopping and ultimately launching new fund structures and strategic initiatives at iCapital. The candidate will work closely with the broader International Legal team, as well as the Client Solutions, Product Development and Structuring, Regulatory & Compliance and other operational teams at iCapital.
