Job Title: HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist

Duration: 5 month

Shift: Mon to Fri 9 am to 12 pm

Location: Austin, TX preferred; open to fully remote candidates on CST.

Pay Rate: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour





Key Responsibilities

• Conduct final QA review and approval of all marketing emails prior to release.


• Validate mobile responsiveness, dark mode rendering, link accuracy, and personalization token functionality.


• Ensure campaigns are properly configured in HubSpot, including subscription types, lists, and tracking parameters.


• Monitor sender reputation and enforce adherence to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL requirements.


• Configure and test automated workflows, nurture programs, and trigger logic.
