Position Overview
- Perform PCB assembly including SMT (surface-mount) and through-hole component placement and soldering
- Execute precision soldering, de-soldering, and rework in accordance with IPC standards (J-STD-001 / IPC-A-610)
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions to assemble and test electronic systems
- Build, modify, and maintain test equipment, harnesses, and electronic assemblies
- Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve defects
- Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and quality standards in manufacturing environments
