£37,000 – £45,000 + Full Technical Training + Leadership Career Progression, Company Van, Overtime, Life Insurance.

Workshop based, with 2 days on the road, commutable from Cricklade, Swindon, Cirencester, Fairford, Highworth, Royal Wootton Bassett, Malmesbury, Tetbury, Chippenham and Marlborough and surrounding areas.

We are a globally renowned bespoke manufacturer investing heavily in technical expertise. This role offers in‑house technical training, multiple training trips to Europe each year, and an accelerated path to become a Supervisor and operations manager’s right‑hand.

The Role

• 38 hours per week, workshop based with 2 days per week on the road, typically 1‑2 nights away per month.
• Service, repair and remote technical support to customers across the UK.
• Full technical training with scope for further progress.
