About The Role

We are looking for an outstanding individual who likes a challenge and has a proven track record of leadership and delivery within the electrical industry.

We now have a vacancy for a Electrical Team Leader within our Property Services Maintenance Team.

You will have a clear sense of responsibility and focus with a can do attitude whilst complying with the Council’s policies and procedures including safeguarding, financial regulations, promotion of equalities, customer care, agreed audit actions and health and safety. You will report directly to our Housing Compliance Manager.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure the Council legally complies with its responsibilities with regards to electrical condition of housing stock and undertakes its legal obligations.
