An established property maintenance and construction contractor based in South Down has an immediate requirement for a NICEIC Qualified Electrical Supervisor to join their Public Sector and Housing division.

Your new role

This is a permanent position working on a range of public sector and social housing contracts across Northern Ireland.As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining, validating and signing off NICEIC certifications as well as overseeing the electrical team. Key duties will include:

Overseeing contract work, including testing and remedial works.

Managing and documenting a process of physical and technical inspection and audit to confirm that all electrical installations and assets are maintained in a manner that is fullypliant.
