We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Lead Installation Electrician to take a hands-on supervisory role within a busy manufacturing and workshop environment. This is a permanent position with no working away, ideal for a qualified electrician who enjoys leading a small team while staying actively involved in industrial and commercial installation work.

Your role as Electrical Supervisor / Lead Installation Electrician will include:

Supervising, supporting and assigning work to electrical team members on a daily basis
Ensuring SOPs, procedures, health and safety standards and PPE requirements are followed
Maintaining schedules, preparing reports and documentation, and returning red pen drawings to the Design team
