We're seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on complex industrial projects. You'll be the on-site leader responsible for safety, quality, schedule, and crew performance across one or more active jobs — primarily water/wastewater treatment plants and pump stations for municipal and utility clients. You'll plan and direct day-to-day field activities, coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and on budget. You'll work closely with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and inspectors to resolve field issues, interpret drawings and specifications, and maintain as-built documentation. You'll mentor foremen, electricians, and apprentices, helping build the next generation of our field's leadership.
