Position Overview
Requirements: - NDip, BTech, or BEng in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering (essential)
- 35 years experience in electrical projects or industrial automation environments
- Strong experience with project scheduling, documentation, and drawing control
- Experience managing technical teams and site execution
- Exposure to panel building, commissioning, and FAT processes advantageous
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience within FMCG or Food & Beverage projects advantageous
- PLC, E&I, or control systems exposure advantageous
- Experience with Eplan or electrical drafting software advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams
