Job Purpose
The role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of all electrical systems in a thermal power plant. The incumbent will lead electrical maintenance activities, oversee system reliability, and manage planned and unplanned outages to ensure uninterrupted power generation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Electrical Maintenance Management
Lead overall electrical maintenance activities of the thermal power plant.
Ensure smooth operation and upkeep of HT/LT systems, switchyard equipment, transformers, generators, motors, and protection systems.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
