Position Overview
Job Description & Requirements Roles & Responsibilities - To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
- To supervise all Civil, Structural and Geotechnical building works, both permanent and temporary
- To review Contractor's design and submission and supervise all works associated with Civil and Structural works
- To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits (NOA, NOC, POWS, TM approval, PTD, PTW, etc) and clearance to work
- To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures whenever necessary
- To ensure proper coordination among Contractor, AC, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc. for the works
- To review formwork structure, formwork support systems prior to concreting works and ensure the formworks erected are PE endorsed with Certificate of Supervision (COS) issued <...
