As a CBRE Electrical Engineer to support commercial and industrial facilities. You will ensure reliable electrical operations, lead maintenance activities, support projects, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance for building M&E systems. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do
Operate and maintain MV/LV electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, MSBs/SMDBs, generators, UPS, and MCCs.
Perform troubleshooting, testing, inspections, and preventive/corrective maintenance via CMMS.
Maintain electrical components of building systems: lighting, HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, fire protection systems, lifts/escalators, etc.
Support electrical needs for industrial machinery, plant equipment, and process loads.
Execute Permit to Work, LOTO, safety procedures, and ensure compliance with EMA, SCDF, WSH regulations.
