Job Description
An employer in the Salt Lake City, UT market is seeking a Lead EMI/EMC Engineer to join their growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the architecture, analysis, design, testing, and documentation of mission critical defense systems, with a strong focus on electromagnetic compatibility (EMI/EMC) and electromagnetic environmental effects (E3). You will work closely with cross functional engineering teams to ensure EMI/EMC requirements are properly integrated throughout the product lifecycle, including schematic and layout reviews, grounding and shielding strategies, cable design, and compliance planning.

This position also involves hands on participation in laboratory and chamber testing, development of EMI control plans and test reports, and contribution to technical reviews and proposal efforts.
