Responsibilities:

Design interior and exterior lighting layouts, including fixture specification and control systems to meet code compliance and energy efficiency goals.

Perform exterior photometric analysis for community and municipal approvals.

Prepare normal and emergency power distribution drawings, panel schedules, and riser diagrams.

Coordinate low-voltage systems such as fire alarm, access control, communications, IT/data, security, nurse/help call, and audio-visual systems.

Conduct system analysis for fault current and selective coordination.
