We are seeking a skilled Electrical BIM Modeller to support the design and coordination of electrical systems in construction projects. The candidate will develop accurate BIM models, produce detailed drawings, and ensure coordination with other disciplines to support project delivery.
Responsibilities - Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems (e.g., power, lighting, cable tray, containment, ELV systems) using Revit or similar software
- Prepare shop drawings, single-line diagrams, layout plans, and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to resolve clashes and ensure design accuracy
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and assist in resolving coordination issues
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, specifications, and local authority requirements
