Your new role

Managing a team of 6, you support the site with new and improvement projects to deliver future growth and improvement intentions. The scope of the role is large to include:
-Develop & Implement strategy for this department and lead the team
-Manage electrical and automation projects to improve current performance but also align with growth projection (long term view)
-Drive the team toward KPI delivery and success around efficiency and project success and corrective actions...
