Perform electrical assembly, integration, modification of electrical systems (harness routing, electrical connection, soldering, crimping...). Perform basic electrical tests (continuity, bonding...). Ensure continuous improvement. Perform first level quality inspection.
Responsibilities
Inputs: Raw materials, tools, standard parts and components, documentation (technical instruction, work order and job card).
Outputs: Assembly ready for testing with associated production documentation.
In FAL (Final Assembly Line) functional testing of avionics systems.
Functional testing of mechanical systems.
Verification of the correct operation of aircraft equipment and systems.
Initial detection and troubleshooting of incidents during testing.
Adherence to technical procedures and maintenance documentation.
