What You Will Do
Ensure the application of all safety rules, assuring Maintenance personnel are aware of and employing safe working practices and promoting safety programs and behaviors in the area of his scope/area assigned by the maintenance managerEnsure all aspects of maintenance in his working scope (area) and reliability processes are being followed including notification, prioritization, planning, scheduling, execution, feedback, and reliabilityCoach Maintenance staff in his organization to hold them accountable for delivery of results and support mutually agreed upon development needsEnsure the development and sustainable implementation of long-term reliability strategies and processes consistent with units (or plant) requirementsMonitor accomplishments, validate, and report performance-...
