**Responsibilities**

The **EHR Specialist I** supports the day-to-day use of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) by assisting staff with basic system navigation, user access needs, documentation requirements, and troubleshooting routine issues. This role focuses on frontline support, simple configuration tasks, basic user training, and accuracy of clinical documentation. The EHR Specialist I works closely with clinical and administrative teams and escalates more advanced issues to the EHR Specialist II or EHR Applications Manager. Additional responsibilities include:
