Position Overview

EfW Senior Operations Technician

Are you working in a process plant environment within the Power Generation, Chemical Process / Production, Waste Water Treatment or similar Engineering industry?
Salary: £42,304.66
Benefits: 3x Life assurance policy, up to 10% annual bonus, 5% employer pension
Hours and Shift: Shift Pattern is a 4on 4off, consisting of 2 days, 2 nights. 7 week rotation, 18 day rest period. 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am 
Location: Raikes Lane EfW

What will I be doing?
Monitoring, controlling and optimising EfW plant operations to maximise availability and performance
Troubleshooting issues, adjusting processes, keeping accurate logs, and carrying out sampling
Deputising for the Shift Manager when required, gaining leadership and decision‑making experience
Actively contributing to a positive safety culture and continuous improvement
