Job Summary
The Efficiency Management Officer is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic automation initiatives of the Customer Contact Center. He will provide support in terms of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, Database Management, Information Presentation, SharePoint Automation, Power Business Intelligence, SAS Data Integration / Enterprise Guide, Microsoft Office Macro Development and CRM Development. The Efficiency Management Officer will also cascade applicable automation initiatives to other groups of the bank and is also expected to perform project management on the initiatives assigned to him.
