About the Role

Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Support a safe, engaging and inclusive OSHC program where children can relax, play, learn and belong
• Actively supervise children during before and after school care, supporting positive behaviour and a calm, welcoming atmosphere
• Help facilitate fun, age-appropriate activities, assist with food preparation and support daily routines
• Maintain a welcoming, child safe environment for children and families, following policies, procedures and safe practices
• Work collaboratively with the OSHC team to meet quality and regulatory standards and contribute to continuous improvement
