Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: The Educational Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating learning projects. The Lead works towards continuous improvement of learning projects and uses a variety of learning methods to deliver curriculum through in-person learning and virtual learning environment through different technological platforms. The Lead assesses the learning needs of employees and external partners and makes recommendations and supports initiatives that promote the strategic priorities of Health Protection.
