The Education Specialist will support the Global Education Team in the implementation and management of global educational programs, with a primary focus on coordinating Surgeon to Surgeon visits, maintaining the Reference Center network, and ensuring the consistency of education programs across various countries. This role will also assist the education team by tracking the success rates of educational events, providing critical data for ongoing improvement of training initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
