We're hiring a Business Unit Leader to own and grow AI Education and Talent Development inside the Chief Technology Office.

This is a builder's role. You own the business, the revenue, and the outcomes — for our clients, for the industry, and for our own people. You take deep mortgage and AI expertise and turn it into education that changes how people work.

What you'll own

You lead the full education and talent portfolio and its P&L:
