Description
A California-based civil litigation firm specializing in complex fraud, insurance-related litigation, and toxic tort matters is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Paralegal to join the team on a contract basis. This role will support high-volume, data-intensive litigation and is ideal for someone who thrives managing large datasets and collaborating on complex cases in a fully remote environment.


Responsibilities

+ Manage the full lifecycle of eDiscovery, including document collection, review, and production

+ Coordinate with attorneys and external vendors on eDiscovery workflows and strategy

+ Conduct document review for relevance, privilege, and key litigation issues

+ Prepare and organize document productions in compliance with court requirements

+ Maintain and manage large volumes of electronically stored information (ESI)

+ Assist with discovery responses and support broader litigation efforts
